Director of Recruitment
Growing up on a horse farm in southwestern Ohio led Lauren to join FFA in high school, where she developed a passion for agriculture and natural resources. Through FFA, she learned about conservation and sustainable practices and wanted to further her education in both. She attended West Virginia University and graduated in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Wildlife and Fisheries Resources and a minor in Conservation Ecology. Being part of the WVU Davis College Student Ambassadors during college helped Lauren discover a love for student recruitment. She started working at WVU in May of 2020 as the college's recruiter and went on to complete her Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration. In December 2024, Lauren became the Director of Recruitment at the Davis College, and she enjoys spending her time sharing her knowledge and positive experiences with prospective students.
