Kelly is a sophomore majoring in agribusiness management and minoring in food science and technology, leadership studies, communication studies and public relations. Kelly plans to use the skills she acquires at West Virginia University to work for the West Virginia Department of Agriculture or a cooperative agriculture entity to effectively promote the agriculture industry in West Virginia. She believes that West Virginia University is giving her the skills she needs to succeed. 

Her focus is on the future while being active in the present. Kelly is involved with many organizations on campus and within the Davis College of Agriculture, Natural Resources and Design. She is a member of the Honors College, WVU's Collegiate 4-H Club, WVU's Collegiate Farm Bureau, Davis College Student Ambassadors and the Davis Michael Sustainability Scholars.

What do you love most about your major? I love the flexibility of the Agribusiness Major! I really enjoy the business aspects of the major in conjunction with current trends within the agriculture industry within West Virginia, as well as on a national level.

Why do you love being a Davis College Ambassador? I love helping new students learn about WVU and find what program fits their interests.
